Our recent move was our fourth one with Trudy! She is extremely knowledgeable and thorough! This was our first experience working with Trudy AND the Lifestyle Real Estate team. I was a bit hesitant as I really trust Trudy's judgement and didn't want to work with anyone else. However, the team works so well together and has excellent communication that by the second week I was comfortable working with everyone. With five realtors working together, someone is always available to answer questions, set up appointments, draft up letters, sign paperwork... This entire team took almost all of the stress out of the whole process of buying and selling a house. Our family spontaneously bought a home just outside of Guelph in August. There are many more things to consider when buying a country property with a well and septic and different township rules and regulations and what not. I didn't have to think about any of that because I knew the team was constantly working behind the scenes checking and double checking so that we didn't have any nasty surprises. And then there was all of the support they gave us while we rushed to get our house listed!!! Ten days to get ready, one day to sell! A plus (aka level 4+) across the board!!!

What can I say. Brett is pleasant, well organized, efficient, knowledgeable, and very accommodating. My wife and I (from Kenora) drove our son to Guelph on the Labor Day weekend for university. We had no intentions of purchasing a condo. We met Brett on a Sunday, looked at condos on the Monday (holiday) and purchased a condo by phone while driving back to Kenora on Tuesday. Brett helped us find a lawyer, home inspector, contractor to do some minor work and also found tenants to rent the condo for the next year.
